Design + Build

Working with our in-house architectural designer, we take your ideas and turn them into reality. We work with home owners, investors and property developers to design and build the best housing solutions for any given site, whether it be a stand alone home on a brand new section or redevelopment of medium density sites in the city centre. Our involvement from project concept stage onwards ensures feasibility, costs, specifications and time-frames are all managed by our experienced project managers.

Construction

We provide a full contract build service for home owners and property developers in Christchurch. We prefer to take a personal approach, with one point of contact throughout the build and all project management handled in-house. We complete a low volume of full contract builds each year to ensure that every client’s new home receives the attention it deserves.

Property Development

We complete a number of medium density multi-unit developments each year for a range of owners including social housing providers and property investors. We are happy to work alongside land owners to discuss options for properties they own, including completing joint venture developments. We can provide full development management services including feasibility studies, sales and marketing and construction through to completion and issue of new titles.
